Auf den Grundstücken Singerstr. (neben Nr.77) und Langestr. / Andreasstr. in 10243 Berlin-Friedrichshain plant das städtische Wohnungsbauunternehmen WBF Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Friedrichshain mbH als Auftraggeber (AG) neue Wohngebäude zu errichten. BV Singerstr mit einem Gebäude - BV Langestr. mit zwei Gebäuden. Der AG hat die die schlüsselfertige Errichtung des Gesamtprojektes inkl. aller Planungs- und Ingenieurleistungen zu beiden Bauvorhaben an je einen Totalübernehmer (TÜ) vergeben. Die Erbringung und Koordination aller erforderlichen Leistungen (Planung und Ausführung) ist Bestand-teil der TÜ-Beauftragung. Das BV Singerstr. wird direkt beauftragt, das zeitlich verzögerte BV Langestr. kann optional als 3. Stufe beauftragt werden. Durch den Auftragnehmer sollen - zugeschnitten auf die vorhandenen Vorleistungen und die TÜ-Vergabe -Teilleistungen der Leistungsphase 8 (in Anlehnung an die Leistungsphasen der HOAI) erbracht werden.
