The Ministry of Education and Training has been given the assignment by the Ministry of Education and Research to establish and further develop a comprehensive system for competence and career development for employees in nurseries and schools (assignments 2024-027), hereafter referred to as the "system". The aim of the assignment is to carry out a zero point measurement for the overall system for competence and career development. The zero point measurement shall establish a reference point that describes the starting point in which the system is implemented, and provide a basis for future follow-up and evaluations of how the main measures, individually and together, contribute to realising the goals in the strategy.

See point 1.1.1 for a description of the participants in the procurement. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 750,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. IÉ invites applications to participate in the pre-qualification process to appoint suitably qualified companies to a qualification system for Tree Felling and Vegetation Removal that may arise on a planned or emergency ad-hoc basis. These requirements can often include the need for ancillary services in conjunction with the main works of Tree Felling and Vegetation Removal. This Qualification System will consist of different types of work, including the below: • “Planned Works” - will apply to planned routine Tree Surgeon works. These will be notified and planned in advance of the works taking place based on a survey or recommendation by Irish Rail and its representatives. Irish Rail will allow sufficient time for tenderers to tender for these services. • “Emergency Works” - will apply to emergency works based on critical safety situations due to circumstances such as weather events, sudden or unpredicted safety concerns etc. and all other reactive situations where safety of the railway is of a critical and time sensitive nature.
