Beschaffung: 1 Stück PVT-Reaktor zur Herstellung von Aluminiumnitrid (AlN)-Kristallen mittels physikalischem Dampftransportverfahren (PVT). Das System basiert auf einem wassergekühlten Doppelwandreaktor aus Quarzglas (Innendurchmesser ≥ 255 mm) mit Induktions-HF-Heizsystem für eine Graphit-Heizzone. Es verfügt über ein Bodenbeschickungssystem (Lastaufnahme ≥ 20 kg). Betriebsbedingungen: Temperaturen bis 2500 °C, Reaktordruck 1–1000 mbar, konstanter Durchfluss von hochreinem Stickstoff oder Stickstoff/Argon-Gemisch. Mindestens 240 Stunden Dauerbetrieb erforderlich. Reaktor- und Vakuumsystem müssen für stark staubhaltige Abgase ausgelegt sein und einfache Reinigung ermöglichen. Max. Grundfläche 1,2 x 2,1 m, max. installierte Höhe 3 m, Transportstellung < 2,1 m.
