Maßnahmen umfassen u.a. interaktive Formate, Veranstaltungen (auch kulturelle), Austausch zwischen EU- und chinesischen Think Tanks, Pressearbeit, Ausstellungen und Beratungsdienste. Ein Teil der Aktivitäten kann in der EU stattfinden.
