Die Beschaffung umfasst die Entwicklung, Implementierung und Wartung der OTP-Dienste sowie die Gewährleistung der Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit der Dienste. Die Abteilung erwartet, dass die Dienstleister die OTP-Dienste innerhalb von 6 Monaten nach Vertragsabschluss bereitstellen können. Die Beschaffung wird auf der Grundlage von Preis und Leistung durchgeführt.
