The subject of this tender is the supply of Control Systems hardware, including IEDs and associated components, as well as related documentation and services necessary for commissioning and integration into TTG’s substations. The framework agreement shall enable TTG to call off devices on demand over the contract term for new installations, refurbishments, and replacement purposes. Parallel to the hardware framework agreement, TTG intends to conclude a separate service contract covering the maintenance of the devices and the maintenance of embedded software, including corrective and preventive measures as well as software updates and upgrades, in accordance with the contractual provisions.
