Framework Agreements will be non-exclusive. The Agreements do not provide for a minimum guaranteed level of consumption and will be employed on an as-needed basis via specific Scope of Works or equivalent requests for services. As these Agreements are relationship-based, SVUH expects that providers will develop a good understanding of SVUH operations and specific needs. SVUH will be calling-off services via individual Statements of Work (SOW). Providers must maintain capacity for concurrent SOWs. Der Auftragnehmer hat für die umfassende Erbringung aller kardiotechnischen Leistungen qualifiziertes Fachpersonal (mindestens fünf Vollzeit-Kardiotechniker) zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Leistungserbringung umfasst eine permanente Bereitschaft im Regel- und Rufdienst, einschließlich der Kernzeiten montags bis freitags von 07:30 bis 16:00 Uhr bzw. 20:00 Uhr sowie Rufdienstzeiten an Wochenenden und Feiertagen. Der Auftragnehmer stellt darüber hinaus alle erforderlichen Geräte der neuesten Generation entsprechend den Anforderungen des Medizinprodukterechts bereit und gewährleistet deren permanente technische Funktionsfähigkeit, Wartung sowie die Durchführung sicherheitstechnischer Untersuchungen. Die Bereitstellung aller erforderlichen Verbrauchsmaterialien hat zeit- und bedarfsgerecht in den durch die Leitfabrikate definierten Qualitäten zu erfolgen. Zudem sind die für ACT-Messungen sowie Coagucheck-PTT-Messungen erforderlichen Verbrauchsmaterialien und Geräte bereitzustellen. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt vier Jahre.
