1. The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and competent entities for the Provision of Conference, Catering and Accommodation Services for UNMISS in Aweil, Norhern Bahr Ghazal, South Sudan. 2. UNMISS conducts workshops, trainings, and conferences to disseminate key information to stakeholders across South Sudan. Accordingly, UNMISS seeks to establish contracts with qualified vendors possessing hotel facilities in Aweil, Northern Bahr Ghazal, South Sudan for an initial period of one (1) year, with options to extend for two (2) additional one-year periods at UNMISS’ sole discretion, subject to continued requirement, availability of funds, the Mission’s mandate, and satisfactory contractor performance. 3. Local self-help groups, small and medium-sized enterprises, and businesses owned by women and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply. Specific Requirements/Information 4.
