Projektsteuerungsleistungen in Anlehnung an § 2 AHO Nr. 9, Projektstufen 2b-5, Handlungsbereiche A-E. Für das neu zu gründende Gymnasium „Am Südpark“ in der Drygalski-Allee 2 soll eine Interim-Pavillonanlage (MRE) mit Mensa und Außenanlagen für ein 4-zügiges Gymnasium neu errichtet werden. Im Vorfeld der Planung wurden 2 alternative Standorte in der näheren Umgebung untersucht. Beide Flächen werden derzeit als Sportfreigelände genutzt. Auf einem der beiden möglichen Standorte (Standort 1) befindet sich bereits eine Schul-Pavillon-Anlage (3-geschoßig, BGF ca. 2.650 m²), die im Zuge der geplanten Baumaßnahme je nach Entwurfskonzept angepasst und integriert werden kann. Die Entscheidung für einen der beiden Standorte wird nach dem Ergebnis der Bauvoranfragen im Zuge der LPH 2 getroffen, voraussichtlich Q2/2026. Gebäudedaten: BGF: ca. 11.500 m²; BRI: ca. 42.000 m³; 3 Geschosse. Standort 1 (Stadtbezirk 19; Gem. Forstenried): Grundstücksfläche ca. 21.100 m² Standort 2 (Stadtbezirk 19; Gem. Forstenried): Grundstücksfläche ca. 21.400 m². Geplante Nutzungsaufnahme: Schuljahr 2028/2029.
