Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags sind Leistungen aus dem Leistungsbild der Projektsteuerung gem. AHO-Heft Nr. 9 "Projektmanagement in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft - Standards für Leistungen und Vergütung" für die Errichtung eines Ersatzneubaus am Standort Reha-Zentrum Bad Nauheim, Klinik Wetterau. Die Beauftragung der Leistung ist stufenweise geplant. Die Vertragsleistung umfasst zunächst Grund- und Besondere Leistungen der Projektstufen 1-2 gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung. Optional kann der Auftragnehmer mit weiteren Grund- und Besonderen Leistungen der Projektstufe 2 und den Projektstufen 3 bis 5 gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung ganz oder teilweise beauftragt werden. Es besteht kein Rechtsanspruch auf Übertragung der optionalen Leistungen. Weitere Inhalte und Umfang zu den Leistungen ergeben sich im Einzelnen aus dem Projektsteuerungsvertrag nebst seinen Anlagen, insbesondere den Vertragsanlagen "V-Anlage_1_Projektbeschreibung_PS" und "V-Anlage_2_Leistungsbeschreibung_PS".
