The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, hereby invites suitably qualified vendors with valid business licenses to express their interest in the Production and Supply of wooden animal collection souvenirs for Africa Hall. Interested firms will be invited to participate in a tender process through a Request for Quotation (RFQ) at a later stage. Detailed technical specifications and requirements will be provided in the RFQ solicitation document. Local and regional companies are encouraged to participate. Women-owned businesses and businesses owned by persons with disabilities are also encouraged to participate. Please note that UNECA is unable to enter into a contract with a company that is not fully registered in the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM). Vendors interested in responding to this Expression of Interest (EOI), but who are not yet fully registered with UNGM, are strongly encouraged to complete their registration before submitting a bid. Further information on vendor registration is available at: https://www.ungm.org/Vendor/Registration. To be eligible for UN registration, interested vendors must declare in writing their compliance with the Prerequisites for Eligibility, Criteria A-F, as outlined in the attached EOI instructions.
