Tender description
The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The objective of the agreement is to cover the customers ́needs for collection, transportation and treatment of milled wood from Attvin Produksjon AS. The contracting authority would like as much wood as possible to be used for a certified treatment facility, for recycling. The remaining amounts shall be for energy recovery at certified incineration plants. Comments on the contract: Treatment of treated wood (defined as hazardous waste) is not a part of the agreement. •If the tenderer is not carrying out the obligations in accordance with the above, the customer has the right to. order transport and final treatment for other approved incineration plants with recycling or energy recovery at the tenderer's expense.

Transport and treatment of mixed wood from SHMIL ́s waste facility in Mosjøen and Brønnøysund. Ca. 4,500 tons per annum. A price shall also be given for the transport and treatment of milled wood (0-100 mm). In addition price can be given on a voluntary option for transport and recycling of sorted wood. The total amount of waste is uncertain and the stated quantities are not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for transport and treatment of hazardous building waste, from Attvin to final treatment at a certified treatment facility, in accordance with the requirement specifications. The aim is also to ensure that hazardous waste is taken care of in such a way that it does not create pollution or damage to humans or animals, or danger to it, and to contribute to an appropriate and reliable system for handling hazardous waste, cf. The Waste Regulations chapter 11. The contract is for: Waste with phthalates (e.g. floor coverings), waste that contains bronched flame retardants, waste containing chlorinated paraffins and for the options waste that includes PUR foam insulation and pressure impregnated and creosoted wood. Comments on the contract: Responsibility for the waste is to be taken over by a tenderer when the waste is charged in the tenderer ́s vehicles. The procurement is for the treatment of various types of hazardous building waste and building waste that cannot be handled together with normal household and commercial waste due to chemical, physical and/or biological qualities. Waste types included in this agreement are in accordance with the price form. Everything that is collected as hazardous waste shall be treated at a certified treatment facility. Emphasis is put on the fact that the hazardous waste in accordance with this agreement shall be directly to the final treatment facility and not the reception facility. Tenderers shall, thus, offer final treatment of the hazardous waste at one/several treatment facilities in accordance with requirements. Fractions other than what is stated may be included in this agreement. The volume of NOK shall not, nevertheless, exceed the maximum amount set for the contract. New waste types in the contract period: If new waste types are added in the contract period, it shall be possible for the customer to enter into this agreement if they do not make up a significant part of the contract. In such cases the same price calculations shall be used for new waste types as for other waste types in this contract. The contracting authority reserves the right, however, to hold a new competition for new waste types during the contract period. The contracting authority needs a framework agreement for transport and treatment services for spring fraction of dead animals. TRV annually collects approx. 16,000 kg of animals for joint creaming (+/- 10%). After collection, these are stored in a freezer container (20 feet) by the Department for Hazardous Waste. The contracting authority would like to enter into one framework agreement with one tenderer for a framework agreement for pressure testing and disinfection. This includes assistance with pressure testing in all of the municipality ́s water pipelines, disinfection and neutralisation of the pipelines, as well as sample taking, pipe inspection, pigging, leakage searching and flushing. Purchase of chipper, truck, trailers and machines
The chipper will be used to crush wood collected on the turbine grids of the "Đerdap 1" hydroelectric plant. The collected wood is stored at a landfill 4 km downstream from the "Đerdap 1" hydropower plant. The chipper must be mounted on a trailer to be connected to a truck and driven to the landfill. At the landfill, the wood is crushed and then transported to the multi-day warehouse of the "Pemci 1" heating plant, which uses wood chips as an energy source for the production of thermal energy.
