The objective of the Framework agreement is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for runway de-icing in a liquid and fixed form, as further described in Annex B1 Requirement Specifications point 3. The framework agreement shall ensure stable supply of runway de-icing in liquid and fixed form in peace, contingency situations, crisis, armed conflict and war. See part II (General Contract Terms), Annex B1 (Requirement Specification) for further details on the procurement ́s extent. The framework agreement has an estimated value of NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT over the maximum duration of the framework agreement and a maximum value of NOK 32,000,000 excluding VAT over the maximum duration of the framework agreement.
