Oslo kommune v/ Vann- og avløpsetatenOsloDeadline: Jul 06VAV coagulant that is certified by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority for water treatment is required in order to deliver clean drinking water to Oslo city. The need for coagulants is estimated to be approx. 2,000 tons per annum. The agency will enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The agreement is exclusive. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period. The estimate was made based on historical figures and the expected future use in accordance with the Contracting Authority's best judgement. The specific call-offs depend on the department ́s changing need in the contract period. Emphasis is put on the fact that the contract does not carry any purchasing obligation for VAV. Norsk nukleær dekommisjonering (NND)HALDENDeadline: Aug 25The procurement of administrative services within HR, finance and accounting, project and case processing, as well as analyses for NND and IFE NUK, located in Halden and Kjeller. IFE NUK Kjeller has an option to use the contract before the planned transfer of business, which has the provisional date 1 January 2027. The framework agreement shall contribute to respite the organisation in periods with high workloads and for vulnerability related to manpower. NND shall carry out a transfer of business and take over IFE NUK Kjeller with approx. 200 employees, so that the supplier market must be able to support a business with two locations. The framework agreement shall further ensure NND ́s access to services where there is a need to obtain expertise outside the company's own core competence. The services will apply to both assignment based deliveries and the hire of labour, depending on the need and the at any given time applicable agreements with elected representatives. There will be a need for both individual consultants/consultants and independent teams, with possibilities for both hourly deliveries and fixed price deliveries. NND currently has a framework agreement with one tenderer in several of the disciplines. This contract is about to expire. It is planned to enter into parallel framework agreements where call-off mechanisms shall occur via mini-competitions. Helse Stavanger HF would like tenders for an hourly rate and mark-up materials for installation and maintenance work. The framework agreement is intended to cover the Contracting Authority's continual need for services in the discipline. Tenderers shall be able to carry out most types of plumbing work in connection with alterations, operations and maintenance in Helse Stavanger HF ́s buildings.
