The framework agreement has a duration of 2 + 1 + 1 years. The maximum value of the framework agreement is set at NOK 20 million, excluding VAT. The agreement is not exclusive. The contracting authorities have the right, but not the obligation, to award contracts under this framework agreement. The framework agreement will be managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the entire government ministries community may call off from this agreement.
