The Centre has several needs connected to the digital solutions, including further development of the website, implementation of a new visual profile, strengthening digital communication and development of digital teaching resources. There is a need for a supplier who can support these activities over time and contribute to a stable and future oriented digital platform. The centre needs a supplier and cooperation partner who can offer a combined system that covers the following areas: 1. Management of the existing website. 2. Further development of the website. 3. The tender offer with the best overall score will win the competition and a contract will be awarded for delivery. The suitability test will be carried out as agreed in weeks 25-26/2026 at the Police Education Centre in Kongsvinger. Tenderers with a large number of relevant and available dogs can, upon agreement, have their tests assessed at the tenderer. This will be particularly assessed against the Contracting Authority's need for each procurement. Search dogs have education in responding and highlighting the different types of odour pictures in different environments. In the search dogs category, dogs are trained to search for, for example, but not limited to drugs, flammable fluids, explosives, blood, semen, currency, weapons, buried corpses and corpses. The dogs must be able to work in different types of environments such as, among other things, inside, outside, height, darkness, movable surfaces and dark surfaces and dark surfaces.
