Das BBR sucht Büros für eine Rahmenvereinbarung über Objektplanungsleistungen (Gebäude/Innenräume) für Erneuerungsmaßnahmen (Umbau, Sanierung, Modernisierung) in Berliner Liegenschaften der Verfassungsorgane und obersten Bundesbehörden (insb. Deutscher Bundestag). Die Objekte sind teils denkmalgeschützt, sicherheitsrelevant und werden teils im Betrieb saniert. Honorarvolumen pro Maßnahme: 50.000–550.000 EUR netto. Gesamtbauvolumen: ca. 93,3 Mio. EUR netto. Vergabe an bis zu 10 Partner.
