Neubau von 5 dreigeschossigen Mehrfamilienhäusern (mind. 50 Wohneinheiten) mit Satteldach, Parkgarage und Carport auf dem Areal der ehemaligen Standortverwaltung in Mittenwald (Flurstück 1900, ca. 8.583 m²). Die Vergabe erfolgt als Totalunternehmerleistung inklusive Planung, Beratung und Bauausführung gemäß Bebauungsplan Nr. 51 und funktionaler Leistungsbeschreibung. Die Fertigstellung ist bis Dezember 2027 geplant. Vorab erfolgt der Rückbau einer bestehenden Lagerhalle.
