Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Planung von Leitungsverlegungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Ausbau und Neubau des Planfeststellungsabschnittes 8.0, 8.1, 8.2 und 8.4 im Großprojekt Karlsruhe - Basel. Durch den geplanten Streckenausbau sind mehrere Leitungen betroffen, die Maßnahmen zur Umverlegung, Tieferlegung, Sicherung oder Erneuerung der Leitung erfordern.
