Umfang: Planung Bahnhofsumfeld mit Vorplatz (Bus, Park+Ride), Grünflächen, Servicegebäude, Bike+Ride-Anlage. Berücksichtigung von zwei geplanten Nahversorgern westlich des Vorplatzes als Platzhalter. Leistungen: Objektplanung (Gebäude, Freianlagen, Ingenieurbauwerke, Verkehrsanlagen), Tragwerksplanung, Technische Ausrüstung, Leistungsphasen 1-9 bzw. 6. Gestalterische, verkehrliche, städtebauliche, ökologische und klimaschützende Aspekte. Geschätzte Baukosten: KG 300 netto 336.474,86 €, KG 400 netto 215.425,98 €, KG 500 netto 1.503.524,13 €. Stufenweise Beauftragung möglich.
