Das Marinearsenal beabsichtigt am Dienstort Rostock (Liegenschaft Warnowwerft) die planmäßige Instandsetzung des Einsatzgruppenversorgers Kl. 702 FRANKFURT AM MAIN als Eigeninstandsetzung durchzuführen. Die Einheit wird im Laufe des Vorhabens gedockt und komplett eingezeltet. Am Schiff werden umfangreiche Arbeiten an schifftechnischen Anlagen und inhaltlich passende technische Änderungen durchgeführt. Das Marinearsenal agiert dabei als Hauptauftragnehmer und stellt neben den für die Instansetzungsmaßnahmen benötigten Fachkräfte die notwendige Infrastruktur einschließlich des Docks zu Verfügung. Für zusätzlich notwendige Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, welche nicht vom Arsenalbetrieb in Rostock durchgeführt werden können, werden fachliche Arbeitspakete gebildet, die jeweils in separaten Vergabeverfahren an externe Firmen vergeben werden. Das gegenständliche Vergabeverfahren beinhaltet die Instandsetzungsleistungen zur Produktänderung PÄ 14 0370 Retrofit Seeversorgungsanlage.
