Die Pensionsversicherungsanstalt (PVA) benötigt im Zusammenhang mit der 1. Phase der Entwicklung bzw. Veröffentlichung einer PV-App externe Unterstützungsleistungen zur Registrierung der PV App sowie der Implementierung in die Systeme von Android und iOS hinsichtlich der zukünftigen Bereitstellung im App Store (iOS) und Play Store (Android) samt Quellcodeübergabe an die Auftraggeberin. Im Rahmen einer 2. Phase sind soweit möglich App-Erweiterungen in Eigenentwicklung vorgesehen. Gegenstand des nunmehr hiermit bekannt gegebenen Auftrags sind die zuvor angeführten externen Unterstützungsleistungen der Phase 1.
