Skjervøy kommune sucht einen Kollaborationsvertragnehmer für den Neubau der Skjervøy Grundschule. Das bestehende Schulgebäude wird abgerissen und durch einen Neubau für 230 Schüler inkl. Kulturschule und integrierter kleiner Turnhalle ersetzt. Der Neubau muss aktuelle und zukünftige Energie- und Klimaanforderungen erfüllen, Betriebskosten senken und sich positiv auf Lernen und Gesundheit auswirken. Das Projekt wird in einem Kollaborationsprozess mit Vertragnehmer, Architekten und Beratern entwickelt. Der vorläufige Entwurf wird im Herbst 2026 politisch beschlossen. Die neue Schule soll im Herbst 2028 bezugsfertig sein. Während der Bauzeit wird eine temporäre Schule eingerichtet.
