The contract shall be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 16,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period, including options. The estimate was made based on historical figures and the expected future use in accordance with the Contracting Authority's best judgement. The specific call-offs depend on the department ́s changing need in the contract period. Emphasis is put on the fact that the contract does not carry any purchasing obligation for VAV. VAV will enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of bio-fuel in bulk delivered to the tank facilities as stated in the table in the tender enquiry. Oslo kommune v/ Vann- og avløpsetatenOsloThe Agency for Water and Sewerage Works (VAV) needs to deliver CO2 that is used for water treatment at VAV ́s facilities. VAV shall enter into a new framework agreement for CO2 for the facilities at Oset and Skullerud. The need for CO2 delivered to the plants is estimated to be approx. 2,800 tonnes per annum, divided in approx. 2,500 tonnes at Oset and approx. 300 tonnes at Skullerud VBA. The consumption is evenly distributed throughout the year. The stated volume is estimated from the current consumption and is only meant as information to tenderers. From 2028 it is expected that consumption at Oset will be reduced. The extent of this is uncertain. Tenderers shall also offer maintenance/service of the CO2 plant and gas safety courses.
