Pfarrhaus, Kirchstraße 4 Projekt: 130551 012 Umsetzung PG-Büro Gebäude handelt es sich um ein denkmalgeschütztes Pfarrhaus (EG/OG) in der Ortschaft Pähl südlich vom Ammersee. Das Erdgeschoß wird in Teilbereichen saniert und es werden neue Räume geschaffen. Im Obergeschoß werden nur die WC-Bereiche dem heutigen Standard angepasst. Wesentliche Maßnahmen: 1 neue Hauszugangstüre im Keller 5 Holzrahmentüren mit gleichgroßen Kassettenfüllung in unterschiedlichen Abmessungen 1 Holz-T30 Türe mit aufgesetzten Kassettenfüllungen 1 Stahltüre T-30 in Trockenbauwand 110 lfm Installationskanal in Eiche mit Steckdosenbohrungen
