Das Kantonale Laboratorium und das Pharmazeutische Kontrolllabor sind im «Salvisberg-Gebäude» in Bern untergebracht. Da der Bau erheblichen Sanierungsbedarf aufweist, werden die beiden Institutionen an einen neuen Standort im Areal Bernapark in Deisswil / Stettlen umziehen. Damit die beiden Laboratorien ab Mitte 2028 den Betrieb in den neuen Fläche aufnehmen können, wird das 3. Obergeschoss und Teile des 2. Obergeschosses auf dem Areal Bernapark im Gebäude 28 umgebaut. Leistungen: Die Lieferung, Installation und IBN wird in hintereinander folgenden Etappen umgesetzt. Der Umfang der Ausschreibung beinhaltet Labormobiliar, Laboreinrichtung inkl. medienversorgenden Komponenten, Deckenkonstruktion und nutzerspezifische Laboreinrichtung wie Abrauchabzüge für Säureaufschlüsse. Das 2.OG besteht hauptsächlich aus Bio-Laboren im BSL-2. Im 3.OG sind nebst Chemie-Laboren auch hochinstallierte Geräteräume. Durch die intensive Deckeninstallation ist eine unregelmässige und beschränkte Raumhöhe zu beachten. Diesbezüglich sind situationsbezogene Lösungen gefordert.
