Statens vegvesenMossDeadline: Sep 01The Norwegian Public Roads Administration invites tenderers to a competition for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a 24 hour resting place for heavy transport along the E6 on the Oslo – Moss stretch. The contracting authority needs approx. 150 placement places on the stretch. It may be necessary to enter into a contract with several tenderers and/or divide the procurement into different sub-contracts. Each individual 24 hour resting place shall as a minimum have parking places for 20 wagon trains and shall include a service facility with toilets, showers and charging stations. Otherwise, the 24 hour resting place shall fulfil the shall-requirements listed in point 3.2. The Contracting Authority prefers large 24 hour resting places and 24 hour resting places that are located in/near Oslo. If we only get tenders for the stretching Vestby-Moss, there is a need for less than 150 placement places, and the need is probably under 70 placement places. The 24 hour resting place shall be ready for opening at the latest 24 months after the contract has been signed and the contract will apply for 10 years from the opening hours. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for 1+1 year, so that the total possible lease period is 12 years. The charging infrastructure shall be completely developed and in operation in accordance with point 3.2 h. An electronic tender conference will be held for Teams 23.06.2026(12:30). As Nye Veier AS has put considerable effort both economically and resource wise into creating internal map based systems and processing map data, Nye Veier would like to continue to use the ArcGIS software. As a result of this, we would like to procure consultancy services on the ESRI platform from Geodata AS, justified on the basis that Geodata AS is the only actor who offers this as a focused service in Norway. Nye Veier AS sees that ESRI competence can be found at, among other things, consulting engineering companies, but we consider this competence to have a more internal focus to support our own projects and entities more than offering pure competence in the market. The services that Nye Veier would like to procure from Geodata AS during this notice are primarily connected to licences, platform operation, annual follow-up in accordance with the agreed plan, testing of concepts and systems as well as specialised support/training.
