Vertragsgegenstand sind alle austauschbaren Fertigarzneimittel gemäß § 129 Abs. 2 SGB V. Es gibt keine Exklusivität; Konditionen sind einheitlich. Die Laufzeit beträgt maximal 12 Monate, beginnend frühestens ab 01.11.2025 bis spätestens 31.10.2026. Ein Beitritt ist während der Laufzeit jederzeit möglich.
