Die HEK und hkk schließen im Open-House-Verfahren Rabattverträge nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V für pharmazeutische Unternehmer. Gegenstand sind die in den Losen genannten Wirkstoffe, Kombinationen, Darreichungsformen und Stärken. Es werden keine Exklusivverträge geschlossen; ein Beitritt ist jederzeit möglich. Die Laufzeit beträgt maximal 24 Monate, beginnend ab dem 01.10.2024 bis spätestens 30.09.2026. Es gelten einheitliche Konditionen ohne individuelle Verhandlungen.
