Die DB InfraGO AG, RB Mitte, beabsichtigt die Erneuerung der drei Tunnel Ebertsberg, Brandenstein, Ruppertsberg und der Vst Jossa im Rahmen der Containermaßnahme „Strecke 3825“. Die Tunnel werden von ca. 50 m² auf ca. 80 m² im Querschnitt aufgeweitet. Bei der Vst Jossa wird der Mittelbahnsteig zurückgebaut, der Hausbahnstein RIL-konform angepasst und zwei neue Außenbahnsteige sowie eine Personenunterführung errichtet. Die Erneuerung erfolgt im Rahmen einer 18-monatigen Totalsperrung der Strecke. Diese Ausschreibung betrifft die Gewerke KIB, SiA, Oberbau, KTB.
