The system should be designed to achieve the required emissions performance while maintaining acceptable pressure drop, operability, maintainability and safe access for inspection and maintenance. The successful contractor shall be expected to undertake detailed engineering, equipment manufacture and supply, delivery to site, erection, testing, commissioning, performance verification, operator training and handover of the complete system, together with the provision of all relevant drawings, manuals and technical documentation.
