Alta municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest without negotiations for a framework agreement for the procurement of furniture and fixtures for offices. The aim is to establish a framework agreement with a furniture supplier who ensures access to environmentally friendly furniture of high quality, with a focus on sustainability and that has a long lifetime. The offered products shall have good functionality and user friendliness, and be suitable for the public entities included in this agreement. Furthermore, the products must have a clean and timeless design that fits into every working environment. The products shall be universally designed, i.e. the products for general use shall be designed so that all persons shall be able to use them. Furthermore, the products shall have good ergonomics and comfort. The contract shall be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for one year at a time for a further two years. All mechanical equipment shall be of solid execution and tolerate the intended use and frequency of use. It is important that the tenderer has good solutions and future plans to assist the county in facilitating a good user experience and a more efficient ordering process. This also applies to repairs outside of a guarantee in order to minimise the damaging effects of being without furniture. Sandnes kommuneSandnesDeadline: Sep 02Randaberg municipality, Sola municipality and Sandnes municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invite tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for institution furniture for the contract period 2026 – 2028 (2030). The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase, delivery and assembly of institution furniture, as well as consultancy services for furnishing proposals. Tenderers shall have sufficient breadth and depth in their assortment to cover the Contracting Authority's need for new high quality institution furniture for ongoing call-offs and major and minor furnishing projects in the contract period. The expected start-up for the framework agreement is autumn 2026 for Sola and Sandnes municipalities. Randaberg municipality has the start of its agreement 01.05.2027. The framework agreements will be valid for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend for a further 1+1 years for Sola and Sandnes municipalities. Randaberg municipality has a duration equivalent to the final start-up date for Sola and Sandnes + 2 years (autumn 2028), with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 year. In addition furniture and interior shall also be procured for the Government's representation facility (including the Prime Minister ́s residence), commuter residences and foreign stations thereof. The list is not exhaustive. The procurement shall also include additional services such as interior architect services, repairs and maintenance, upgrading and drawing of existing furniture, as well as further mediation of existing furniture holding for reuse and securing optimum material recovery. The tenderer is required to offer the purchase of new furniture as well as leasing so that flexibility is taken care of when changing or moving to new areas/premises.
