Aufwertung bestehender Haltestellen zu intermodalen Umsteigepunkten durch zusätzliche Elemente. Die sieben aufzuwertenden Haltestellen befinden sich alle im Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm (Rheinland-Pfalz). Vorrangig zu erbringen sind die HOAI-Leistungsphasen 4–8 für die Leistungsbilder Freianlagen sowie Gebäude / Innenräume. Die vorläufigen anrechenbaren Kosten für die bauliche Umsetzung der sieben Standorte betragen ~398.000 € netto (KG 300 + 400 Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume) und ~418.000 € (KG 500 Objektplanung Freianlagen). Die Leistung wird stufenweise ausgeschrieben: Leistungsstufe 1: bis Abschluss HOAI Leistungsphase 4 Leistungsstufe 2: HOAI Leistungsphase 5 bis Abschluss HOAI Leistungsphase 8 In seiner Entscheidung, die Leistungsstufe 2 zu beauftragen, ist der Auftraggeber frei.
