Helse Nord intends to enter into a framework agreement with Vygon Norway AS for nutritional probes and a medicine system with accessories for newborn children. The Contracting Authority (Sykehusinnkjøp HF) has carried out a market survey titled "Market Information: Nutrition Probes for Premature and Terminus Children", where the purpose was to identify possible alternative suppliers. The survey resulted in feedback from two tenderers who stated that they can deliver products that are initially comparable with the Contracting Authority ́s needs. Tenderers do not, however, have a complete assortment that covers the total need for the Customer. This can lead to an increased risk of improper use, with potential consequences for patient safety. The contracting authority deems this risk unacceptable. Based on the completed market survey and the assessment of patient safety and functional needs, the Contracting Authority has concluded that the alternative tenderers will not be able to cover the Contracting Authority's total need.

Troms fylkeskommuneTromsøIn November 2025, the contracting authority carried out a round of hearings in the market to uncover which tenderers had the opportunity to deliver to the various areas in the county, after which bakehuset Nord-Norway was the only supplier who stated to be able to deliver to all areas. The competition was decided divided into four limited geographical areas; Tromsø and the surrounding area, Nord-Troms, Midt-Troms and Harstad and the surrounding area, in order to facilitate participation from smaller local tenderers. More stringent requirements were made to use e-commerce and assortment for the areas North Troms, Mid-Troms and Harstad and the surrounding area, compared to the tromsø and surrounding parts of the contract - where it was known that the market was more mature for stricter requirements. The competition was held as an open tender contest in March 2026. Bakehuset Nord-Norway was then the only person who submitted tender offers on the sub-contracts Nord-Troms, Midt-Troms and Harstad and the surrounding area, but was rejected as a result of errors in the tender documents. Sub-contract Tromsø and the surrounding area was awarded to another tenderer. In subsequent dialogue, Bakehuset Nord-Norway AS has confirmed that they fulfil all requirements in the requirement specifications and that they can deliver on all the remaining sub-contracts. Based on the hearing replies and the result of previously completed competition, the contracting authority assumes that Bakehuset Nord-Norway AS is the only supplier in the market. The contracting authority has therefore decided to combine Nord-Troms, Midt-Troms and Harstad and the surrounding area under a joint sub-contract and intends to enter into a contract with Bakehuset Nord-Norway AS.2026 Framework agreement concrete products and granite edgers
Trondheim kommuneTRONDHEIMDeadline: Aug 06The contracting authority needs to ensure continuous access to standardised concrete products and granite edulators for daily maintenance, acute and planned improvements, and new installations of the municipal road network in Trondheim. Attention is relating to the fact that the procurement is only for purchases of goods. The setting down and accompanying contract work will be carried out by the contracting authority itself. The concrete products shall primarily be used for: Operation, maintenance and replacement of sand trap manholes. Replacement and new establishment of concrete pipes in various dimensions. Traffic safety measures, including securing site areas, roads and places when using physical barrier material (concrete pig/jersey stone). SYKEHUSINNKJØP HFVADSØJustification for award: Helse Førde Health Trust intends to procure one toe pressure meter for clinical use at the surgical department. A procurement contract will be signed with Perimed AB, as well as an accompanying framework agreement for equipment dependent consumables. The equipment shall be able to be used to map load distribution and pressure under the toes by both static and any dynamic load. The equipment will be a part of reviewing and following-up patients with circulation problems, including patients with diabetes, wounds, neuropathy, amputation levels and orthopaedic conditions in order to diagnose. On 12.06.2025 a market survey was published to map the market for toe pressure meters. The market survey was deadline 23.06.2025. One of the absolute requirements from the trade group was that the apparatus had to be able to measure down to 0 mmHg. Based on the responses given, only Perimed AB could offer a toe pressure meter that met the requirement. Helse Førde needs equivalent equipment that Helse Bergen procured, and has set equivalent requirements that the apparatus must be able to measure down to 0 mmHg. Perimed AB is, according to what we know, the only supplier of toe pressure meters that together fulfils the need.
