Die SBB betreibt entlang ihres Schienennetzes Naturgefahrenanlagen (NGA) mit Sensoren zur Überwachung geophysikalischer Ereignisse (Steinschlag, Murgang, Hangbewegungen). Diese Anlagen sind sicherheitsrelevant - sie ermöglichen die rechtzeitige Alarmierung von Zugpersonal und Leitstellen. Teile der bestehenden Sensorik haben das End-of-Life erreicht und müssen erneuert werden. Die SBB plant, im Rahmen einer öffentlichen Ausschreibung ein neues NGA-System zu beschaffen. Neben der Hardware (mit integrierter Software) werden auch die Dienstleistungen für Installation & Inbetriebnahme sowie Betrieb & Support-Leistungen ausgeschrieben. Die SBB hat mögliche Betriebsvarianten definiert - die Beilage «Varianten Betrieb & Support - Vergleich» skizziert die unterschiedlichen Varianten. Jeder Anbieter wird gebeten, zu allen Optionen Stellung zu nehmen.Die Leistungserbringung kann unter Beizug von Subunternehmer erfolgen. Die Subunternehmer sind in der Offerte anzugeben.
