Umfasst ca. 550 m² Heiz-Kühldecke mit Graphit-Gips-Beplankung (Q3), ca. 1.420 m² mit Alu-Sandwich-Paneel-Beplankung (Q3), Dämmauflagen aus Mineralwolle für ca. 1.970 m², ca. 1.520 m Schattenfuge, interne Verrohrung aus Edelstahl (DN15-DN32) für ca. 1.970 m², flexible Verbindungsschläuche, diverse Revisionsöffnungen (ca. 110 St. 400x400mm, ca. 180 St. 401x401-600x600mm, ca. 7 St. 900x400mm), Aussparungen (ca. 500 St. rund bis 125mm, ca. 200 St. eckig bis 380x380mm), ca. 220 m Edelstahlrohr für Anbindeleitungen, ca. 130 m Kältedämmung und ca. 62 Anschlüsse an Bestandrohrleitungen.
