Art und , ggf. aufgeteilt nach Losen : Los 02 - Tief- und Rohbauarbeiten : Die Leistung des vorliegenden Leistungsverzeichnisses umfasst unter Anderem nachfolgende Arbeiten: Baugrubenaushub Homogenbereich IA-C ca. 1.325 m³ Gründungspolster unter Bodenplatte ca. 580 m³ StB Einzel- und Streifenfundamente ca. 140 m³ StB Bodenplatte ca. 1.420 m² StB Deckenplatten ca. 1.560 m² StB Innen- und Außenwände ca. 825 m² KS-Mauerwerkswände ca. 1.190 m² Lastabtragende Perimeterdämmung ca. 1.250 m² Abdichtung Bodenplatte und Streifenfundamente ca. 1.765 m² Das Grundstück befindet sich im Verantwortungsbereich des Rettungszweckverbandes "Südwestsachsen". Sind Leistungen des AN erforderlich, welche im Leistungsverzeichnis nicht aufgeführt sind, hat der AN den AG davon vor Baubeginn schriftlich in Kenntnis zu setzen.
