Gegenstand der Vergabe sind Leistungen der Bauphysik (Bauakustik, Raumakustik, Wärmeschutz, Energiebilanzierung) gemäß HOAI 2021, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 7, unterteilt in 3 Lose. Förderbedingungen der Regierung Oberpfalz sowie Klimaschutz- und Energieeffizienzvorgaben sind zwingend zu beachten.Neubau GS Woffenbach, Mittagsbetreuung, Hort, 3-fach Halle, Neumarkt i.d.OPf.
Stadt Neumarkt i.d.OPf.Neumarkt i.d.OPf.Die Stadt Neumarkt i. d. OPf. plant den Neubau der Grundschule in Woffenbach mit Mittagsbetreuung, Hort und einer 3-Fach-Sporthalle. Die Vergabe der vorgenannten Planungsleistungen erfolgt im Zuge eines 2-stufigen Verhandlungsverfahrens nach § 76 und 77 VgV. Dabei ist beabsichtigt in einer 1. Verfahrensstufe, dem öffentlichen Teilnahmewettbewerb, fachlich geeignete Bieter auszuwählen, die dann in der 2. Verfahrensstufe zur Abgabe eines Angebotes aufgefordert werden. Als Teil der AngebotsunterlagGSW TGA nach Teil 4, Abschn. 2, §§ 53 ff. HOAI 2021, ALG 1- 3 sowie 7 und 8,LPH 1-9
