Das Plangebiet befindet sich in Wolfenbüttel im Ortsteil Wendessen direkt angrenzend zum Kreuzungsbereich Ahlumer Weg (K630) und Leipziger Allee (B 79). Auf der Grundlage der Vorplanung sind auf dem Grundstück die Erschließungsflächen inklusive deren Entwässerung zu planen. Im öffentlichen Straßenraum ist die Ein-/und Ausfahrt für die Einsatzfahrzeuge neu zu planen. Neu zu gestalten ist in diesem Zuge der komplette Be-reich der ehemaligen Bushaltestelle. Für die Pflanzflächen sind vorbereitenden Bodenarbeiten zu planen.
