Stützenfreie Holzbürobereiche mit hohem Vorfertigungsgrad, Decken spannen von Kernen zur tragenden Außenwand. Außenwände: tragende Holzkonstruktion mit vorgehängter Klinkerschale (z.T. recycelte Ziegel). Kein Untergeschoss, Gründung oberirdisch. Nachhaltigkeit durch kompakte Bauform, Bauteilaktivierung, natürliche Lüftung. Fachplanungsleistung Tragwerksplanung.
