Die Einfahrt erfolgt von der Straße 'Am Walde' auf Ebene 0 über Rampen mit Begegnungsverkehr. Wegen eines Höhenunterschieds von ca. 5,30 m auf dem Gelände werden die Ebenen 0 und 1 teilweise im Erdreich errichtet. Das Parkhaus erhält zwei notwendige Treppenhäuser von allen Ebenen zugänglich und soll in Systembauweise erstellt werden.
