Neubau einer Kultur- und Sporthalle (KulTurnhalle), Estricharbeiten Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags sind folgende Leistungen im Unter-, Erd- und Obergeschoss: - Flächennivellement ca. 1.040 qm und Untergrundreinigung ca. 680 qm; - Abdichtung der Bodenplatte gegen Bodenfeuchte auf ca. 360 qm einschließlich Anschlüssen an aufgehende Bauteile ca. 300 m; - Einbau von Ausgleichsdämmung auf ca. 680 qm, Wärmedämmung auf ca. 370 qm und Trittschalldämmung auf ca. 140 qm; - Herstellung schwimmender Zementestriche CT-C30-F5 auf insgesamt ca. 1.040 qm, davon ca. 860 qm als Heizestrich; - einschließlich Randdämmstreifen, PE-Trennlage, Trocknungsbeschleuniger, Faserbewehrung, Gefälleestrich in Duschbereichen sowie Bewegungs- und Feldfugen.
