Gründungsarbeiten - Pfahlgründung Neubau 6-Klassen-Pavillon und Aula, Schule an der Treene, Friedrichstadt Herstellung von ca. 40 erschütterungsfreien Ortbeton-Verdrängungsbohrpfählen (d ~ 38-51 cm, l ~ 13-14 m) gemäß Baugrundgutachten der Geo-Rohwedder GmbH, Albersdorf. Die Gründung erfolgt aufgrund wechselhafter Baugrundverhältnisse mit organischen Weichschichten sowie der Nähe zur Bestandsbebauung emissionsarm nach EC 7, DIN EN 1536 und DIN 4014. Die Leistungen umfassen Baustelleneinrichtung, Herstellung der Arbeitsebene, Einmessung der Pfahlpositionen, statischen Nachweis der äußeren Tragfähigkeit, Bohrgutentsorgung, Pfähle kappen sowie Integritätsmessungen an 20 Pfählen.
