Das Spital Thusis ist eine Institution der Stiftung Gesundheit Mittelbünden (https://gesundheit-mittelbuenden.ch/ ) Die beim Spital Thusis im Einsatz stehenden Lösungen Planungssystem (RAP) und Klinikinformationssystem (KIS) wurden bzgl. Support und Weiterentwicklung abgekündigt und werden daher neu ausgeschrieben. Der Beschaffungsumfang beinhaltet ein umfassendes, modernes und standardisiertes Klinikinformationssystem bzw. Planungssystem. Die Beschaffung umfasst Lieferung, Installation, Projektdurchführung, Test, Dokumentation, Schulung und Inbetriebnahme des offerierten Systems mit allen notwendigen Softwarekomponenten gemäss den spezifizierten Anforderungen, welche zum uneingeschränkten Funktionieren notwendig sind, auch wenn diese im Leistungsverzeichnis nicht explizit aufgeführt sind. Dazu gehören insbesondere auch alle erforderlichen Software-Komponenten für die Bereitstellung der Nutzerdaten für externe Informations- und Auswertungssysteme (MIS).
