The aim of the procurement is to cover the company ́s need for an operationally robust and appropriate hook vehicle/sanitation vehicle for use in a large geographical area, including for use during some long trips. The vehicle shall have a range of minimum 500 km without filling or charging. There shall also be sufficient filling or charging possibilities between Evje and Hovden for the offered vehicle and its offered fuel technology. This means that the vehicle shall be able to return from Evje and then drive a further 150 km without the need for filling or charging under all conditions. The contracting authority would like tenders for an option for a service contract at the highest level for the offered vehicle. The contracting authority shall establish a contract for the procurement of standardised vehicles, either armoured at the factory or by alteration companies. The armour ring shall be in accordance with European standards. The main content of the delivery will be (i) the vehicles themselves (type SUV/Mini-van), (ii) possibility of fulfilment of various specifications and modifications to the vehicles, and (iii) option for delivery of the vehicles in different degrees of armour. The tender documentation will have a number of specific requirements for the vehicles, where orders can vary. This includes i.a. requirements for the possibility of delivery of vehicles with different degrees of armour, and other functional and technical modifications. The objective of the procurement is to ensure efficient, flexible and reliable transport systems for DNO&B ́s activities. The assignments will mainly include both international and national dispatches. The dispatches will vary in scope and complexity, from smaller express packages to transporting complete productions. The latter can include dispatches equivalent to 1-10 units in the form of 20-45 foot containers and/or semi-trailers. KYSTVERKETÅLESUNDThe Norwegian Coastal Administration is a transport agency under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries, with responsibility for safe and efficient transport in Norwegian farleder. The agency also has a national responsibility for stand-by against severe pollution. The Norwegian Coastal Administration is responsible for civil maritime monitoring, including monitoring shipping traffic, as well as supporting other departments ́ sector responsibility within maritime safety and contingency. The current monitoring capacity is largely based on maritime reporting systems, where the Automatic Identification System (AIS) makes up a central supporting beam. Although AIS provides comprehensive information about ship traffic, situations occur where location data is not received is insufficient or deliberately suppressed. This creates a need for complementary monitoring methods. The objective of the procurement is therefore to supplement the existing monitoring capacity with satellite based, non-cooperative sensor data. The system shall contribute to strengthening situational comprehension in Norwegian sea areas by using image forming sensors (optical and SAR – Synthetic Aperture Radar). This shall enable: verification of AIS data detection of vessels that do not send AIS (so-called "dark vessels") improved situation understanding and decision support in the operative contexts The coastal works would like to enter into an agreement for access to an already established and operative system for satellite based detection and analysis. Developments in this procurement cannot be included. The contract will be valid for one (1) year, with an option for an extension.
