Anforderungen: 12 kN dynamische Kraft, ±120 Nm Torsion bei 12 kN, ≥70 mm dynamischer Hub, ±135° und ±500 Umdrehungen bei 0,001–100 rpm, unabhängige Zwei-Achsen-Steuerung mit Auto-Tuning, große Prüfraumabmessungen (~985 mm/460 mm), Umgebungskammer, Betriebsgeräusch ≤78 dB(A) auf bestehendem Betonboden. Nur MTS Acumen 12 erfüllt alle kumulativen Anforderungen; konkurrierende Systeme scheitern an Kraft, Drehmoment, Hub, Drehzahlbereich oder Geräuschpegel. Verhandlungsverfahren ohne vorherige Bekanntgabe gemäß §80 Abs. 3 AO aus technischen Gründen.
