Initial project: Letterkenny University Hospital campus development comprising Ambulatory Oncology, Surgical Hub, and 72-bed ward accommodation (Phase 1: oncology and surgical hub plus shell space; Phase 2: fit-out of shell space into three 24-bed wards).
