Er gewährleistet Interoperabilität zwischen Anbietern, stellt 100.000 Services bereit und überwacht Ressourcen (20.000 Netzwerkgeräte, 1.800 RAN Sites). Optionale Zero-Touch-Installation für neue Netzwerke. Die Plattform muss offene Schnittstellen, Entkoppelung und skalierbare Architektur unterstützen. Agile Zusammenarbeit erwünscht.
