Tender description
Sanierung der Elektrotechnik im Bürogebäude BT-4 (UG bis 2. OG) des MPI für Polymerforschung in Mainz. Nach Demontage der bestehenden Installationen erfolgt eine vollständige Neuinstallation im EG und 1. OG. Im 2. OG verbleiben Kabel- und Leitungsanlagen, zusätzliche Stromkreise werden nachinstalliert. Rückbau der Netzersatzverteilungen und AV-NEA-Ansteuerungen. Vorhandene 24V-Sicherheitslichtgeräte bleiben erhalten. Neue selbstleuchtende Fluchtweg- und Rettungszeichenleuchten nach DIN VDE 0108 und DIN 4844. Neue LED-Allgemeinbeleuchtung. Daten- und Kommunikationsverkabelung als systemneutrale strukturierte Verkabelung nach DIN EN 50173.
