Institut für Oberflächen-und Schichttechnik GmbHKaiserslauternDeadline: Aug 17Ziel dieses Beschaffungsvorhabens ist die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme sowie betriebsbereite Übergabe eines Dual-Beam-FIB/REM-Systems (Focused Ion Beam / Rasterelektronenmikroskop) einschließlich analytischer Detektorsysteme, Schulung und vollständiger Systemdokumentation. Das System dient primär der präzisen Probenpräparation (u.a. TEM-Lamellen, APT-Spitzen, Querschnitte und Defektfreilegungen) und sekundär der hochauflösenden bildgebenden, chemischen und strukturellen Charakterisierung (SEM, EDX, STEM, EBSD) im selben System. Das Gerät wird als zentrale Präparations- und Analyseplattform für wissenschaftliche Forschungsprojekte eingesetzt. Typische Anwendungen umfassen u. a. Batterie- und Elektrodenmaterialien, Wasserstoffspeichermaterialien, katalytische Schichten, Metalle/Legierungen, keramische Werkstoffe, Halbleiter, Beschichtungen und Multilayer-Systeme. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf: - reproduzierbarer, möglichst automatisierter TEM-Lamellen- und APT-Präparation (Lift-Out, Thinning, Polishing) - 3D-Analytik (Serienschliff/Tomographie) mit quantitativer Auswertung - hochaufgelöster Abbildung in verschiedenen SEM-Modi incl. Ioneninduzierter Sekundärionen sowie korrelierter Bildgebung während der Bearbeitung - chemischer Analytik mittels EDX und kristallographischer Analytik mittels EBSD Darüber hinaus ist eine strukturierte Erfassung und Exportfähigkeit von Messdaten und Metadaten in gängige, nicht-proprietäre Formate erforderlich, um Anforderungen an Nachvollziehbarkeit, Langzeitverfügbarkeit und Forschungsdatenmanagement (FAIR-Prinzipien) zu erfüllen. Das System muss die präzise Probenpräparation und -strukturierung mittels Ionenstrahl sowie die begleitende und nachfolgende Abbildung und Analytik mittels SEM und anderen Detektorsystemen ermöglichen. Ziel ist die reproduzierbare Präparation von Proben für TEM und APT sowie die Durchführung von 2D/3D-Analysen (Bildgebung (SE, STEM), EDX, EBSD) einschließlich vollständiger Dokumentation der Bearbeitungs- und Messparameter. Folgende Kernfunktionen sind zwingend bereitzustellen: 1. Materialabtrag/Strukturierung (manuell und automatisiert) mit definierbaren Pattern- und Rezeptfunktionen. 2. TEM-Lamellenpräparation inkl. In-situ Lift-Out, Thinning und abschließender Feinpolitur. 3. APT-Spitzenpräparation (Needle Milling) inkl. reproduzierbarer Geometrie. 4. Korrelierte Echtzeit-Bildgebung im SEM während der FIB-Bearbeitung (Navigation/Endpunktkontrolle). 5. Chemische Analytik mittels EDX sowie kristallographische Analytik mittels EBSD (Punkt, Linie, Mapping). 6. 3D-Workflows (Serienschliff/Tomographie) mit dokumentierter Rekonstruktion bzw. Export der Datensätze. 7.
